Trong tinh thần trách nhiệm tổ chức Trại Bách Hợp IV dưới sự ủy nhiệm từ Văn Phòng HĐTN. Với suy nghĩ giới thiệu một phương pháp tuy không mới, nhưng lần đầu tiên áp dụng cho HĐTN, nhằm giúp bất kỳ đơn vị Làng/Xóm/Gia Đình BH trong tương lai dù rất ít Thành Viên vẫn tổ chức được, bằng cách xử dụng nguồn Nhân Lực khắp nơi tiếp tay.
